The product covers rep commit + best-case rollups + opportunity forecasting + custom forecast categories + collaborative forecast workflows. Strengths: included in existing Salesforce Sales Cloud subscription (no additional cost for most buyers), deepest Salesforce-native integration (it is Salesforce), broad installed base by default (any Salesforce Sales Cloud customer has access), mature collaborative forecast workflows. Best fit for Salesforce-anchored teams that do not need AI forecast prediction beyond rep rollups. Trade-offs: limited AI forecast prediction compared to Clari/Aviso/BoostUp, no conversation intelligence integration, deal inspection thinner, and Salesforce Einstein for Sales is a separate paid add-on for advanced AI.
