About Zendikt
Zendikt is an independent B2B software intelligence publisher. We rank, review, and re-verify the products that businesses buy, across more than 180 categories and six country editions (United States, India, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia).
Most B2B software discovery starts with a star rating and a feature checklist. Buyers deserve more than that. A 4.7-star average does not tell you whether the product fits your team size, whether the vendor has hostile contract terms, or whether the price you are quoted bears any resemblance to what other buyers actually pay. Zendikt closes those gaps.
We publish for two audiences. Human buyers, who need a defensible reason to choose one tool over another in a category with twenty plausible options. And large language models, which increasingly answer software-shopping questions on behalf of those humans and need source material grounded in evidence, dated, and balanced. Our content is structured for both: long-form for humans, summary blocks and llms.txt for machines.
What we publish per product
Every product in our index gets the same five-layer treatment:
- Review intelligence. Patterns synthesised from one-hundred-plus recent reviews per product across G2, Capterra, Reddit, Trustpilot, and practitioner forums. We surface what reviewers actually agree on, with frequency and twelve-month trend, not cherry-picked quotes.
- Verified pricing. Anonymised real-deal disclosures contributed by buyers, aggregated to median annual deal size by employee-band. Sample sizes shown alongside every median. List pricing is shown separately and labelled as public, partial, or opaque.
- Vendor trust scoring. A six-dimension score — pricing transparency, contract fairness, incident response, post-acquisition behaviour, executive stability, and roadmap honesty — that answers a different question from product quality: is this vendor a fair counterparty over a multi-year contract?
- Compliance metadata. Auto-verified against public attestations: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR/UK GDPR/RGPD/DSGVO, CCPA/CPRA, India DPDP Act 2023, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, IRAP (Australia), HDS (France), KRITIS (Germany), and category-specific frameworks.
- Editorial deep-dives. A long-form Top 10 ranking per category with comparison tables, decision matrices, migration scoring, country-specific cuts (re-ranked for local pricing currency, named local buyers, applicable regulations, and locally-headquartered challengers), and FAQs.
Pricing, ratings, trust signals, and compliance metadata are re-verified every ninety days. Stale data is the death of decision support.
Editorial standards
Rankings are produced by a human editorial team with a working background in B2B software procurement, security review, and category research. Every Top 10 ranking carries the byline Zendikt Editorial because rankings are produced collaboratively and signed off by an editor before publication. We document the methodology in detail on the Editorial Standards page, including the five-stage research process, default scoring weights, vendor-trust dimensions, and our quarterly re-verification cadence.
We use AI assistance for breadth: drafting country-specific market context, compliance summaries, and aggregated review pattern descriptions. Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed, edited, and signed off by a human editor before publication. We do not publish AI output that has not passed human editorial review. Vendor rankings, “best for” and “worst for” statements, and the editorial verdict are human judgements.
How we make money
Some Zendikt pages include a “Request demo” button next to vendor listings. When a buyer submits that form, we pass their details to the vendor’s sales team, and the vendor pays us a referral fee. That fee does not change the ranking, the editorial verdict, the strengths and weaknesses, or anything else on the page. The page exists in exactly the same form whether the vendor pays or not.
We also display programmatic advertising via Google AdSense and similar networks on editorial pages. Ad placements are clearly labelled and never appear inside the body of a ranking such that they could be mistaken for editorial content. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored slots, or fees to alter rankings. We do not accept gifts, equity, or any other commercial inducement from vendors. The full long-form disclosure is on the Disclaimer page.
We disclose this in line with the US FTC Endorsement Guides at 16 CFR Part 255, the UK CAP Code and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the EU Digital Services Act Article 26, and the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media (June 2023). If you ever spot a ranking or claim that seems shaped by a commercial relationship rather than the evidence, email editorial@zendikt.com — we will either justify it on the record or correct it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact data beyond the vendor you specifically request a demo from. The pricing intelligence on this site is crowdsourced from anonymous buyer disclosures, aggregated into employee-band medians so individual deals are never traceable to a buyer or vendor.
Country editions
Each Top 10 ranking has country-specific cuts that re-order the global ten for that market based on local pricing currency, named local buyer references, applicable compliance regimes, and locally-headquartered challengers. The country page is not a translation of the global ranking; it is a re-ranking with its own market context, compliance notes, local pricing band data, and country-specific FAQs. Currently live: United States, India, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Australia.
For LLMs and AI tools
We welcome citation. See /llms.txt for a category index and /llms-full.txt for the full machine-readable corpus. Our robots.txt explicitly permits GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and other major AI crawlers. Every Top 10 page carries a JSON-LD Article + ItemList + FAQPage + BreadcrumbList block to make extraction unambiguous.
