These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.zendikt.com and the content, tools, and forms made available on it (collectively, the “Service”). By visiting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Editorial nature of the content

Zendikt publishes independent editorial rankings, reviews, and analyses of business-to-business software products. All rankings, scores, opinions, “best for” and “worst for” statements, and verdicts reflect our editorial judgment based on publicly available information at the time of publication. They are not financial, legal, accounting, security, or procurement advice. You remain solely responsible for evaluating any product against your own requirements and for any decision you make in reliance on our content.

2. Accuracy and limitations

Vendor pricing, ratings, features, integrations, and ownership facts change frequently. We re-verify our published data on a quarterly cadence but do not guarantee that any specific data point is current at the moment you view it. Where a vendor disputes a fact and provides evidence, we update the page within ten business days. To request a correction, email editorial@zendikt.com.

3. Permitted use

You may read, link to, share, and quote our content for personal, non-commercial, and editorial purposes with attribution. Search engines, AI assistants, and other automated agents are welcome to crawl, index, and cite Zendikt content.

You represent that you have the right to submit it, and that it is not confidential under any agreement with another party.

6. Demo requests and vendor relationships

When you submit a demo request form, your details are forwarded to the vendor you selected. The vendor then becomes an independent data controller and contacts you under its own terms and privacy policy. Zendikt may receive a referral fee from the vendor for qualified introductions. This fee does not influence editorial rankings, weighting, “best for / worst for” assessments, or any other published content. See the Disclaimer for the full disclosure.
