Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 May 2026 ยท Effective: 24 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies we use on www.zendikt.com, what each does, and how you can manage them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and follows the requirements of the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR, France’s CNIL cookie guidance, Germany’s TTDSG ยง25, and the CCPA/CPRA opt-out framework.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. It allows the site (or a third party loaded by the site) to recognise your browser on subsequent visits and to store small amounts of information. Similar technologies covered here include localStorage, sessionStorage, pixel tags, and SDK identifiers used by embedded scripts.

Categories we use

1. Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function. These do not require consent under ePrivacy/PECR.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate audience behaviour. We do not enable Google Signals or cross-device tracking, and we use IP-address truncation by default.

In jurisdictions that require opt-in for analytics cookies (EU, UK, India under DPDP for non-essential processing), analytics cookies are blocked until you grant consent through the cookie banner. In other jurisdictions they are set on first visit under legitimate-interest balancing.

3. Advertising

Where we display ads through Google AdSense, Google and its partners set cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google’s use of advertising cookies is described in Google’s advertising technologies notice.

In the EU and UK, advertising cookies require explicit opt-in. Where required, you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner footer link. Under CCPA/CPRA, you may opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.

Managing your preferences

You can manage cookie preferences in three ways:

Do-Not-Track and GPC

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) header as a valid opt-out signal under CCPA/CPRA. We do not act on the legacy Do-Not-Track header because no consistent regulatory framework defines its meaning.

Country-specific notes

Changes to this policy

We will update this Cookie Policy whenever the cookies, vendors, or purposes change materially. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
